I’ve been watching a lot of the Africa Cup of Nations this year in part because the Philadelphia Union has two players in the tournament – Jamiro Monteiro with Cape Verde and Olivier Mbaizo with Cameroon – but also because it’s a great tournament to follow.

My son is big into Lego, countries and soccer so this week we built the flags for all 24 teams in the competition out of Lego.

Perhaps more impressive than his building skills is the fact that he can name all 24 countries just by looking at their flags.
